Controlling Setad, an economic empire reported to be built partly on seized property

Setad, formally the Execution of Imam Khomeini's Order, reports to Khamenei. A 2013 Reuters investigation estimated its holdings at about $95 billion, much of it built on seizures of property, including from religious minorities, while finding no evidence he used it for personal enrichment. The US sanctioned it as a network of fronts controlled by the leadership.
